We offer both basic training and custom workshops crafted to fit your project’s needs for systems biology research. For example, the workshop at Purdue focused on tools for analyzing plant and microbiome metabolism and RNA-seq data, while the workshop at UC Berkeley included a discussion of workflows for studying the comparative genomics of prokaryotes.
