KBase’s mission is to enable computational systems biology research that would be difficult or impossible otherwise. A growing number of scientists are finding KBase useful in their work. A few of these have kindly volunteered to write testimonials about how KBase helped them. The latest additions to our Testimonials page are from Mikaela Cashman (University of Nebraska, Lincoln) and Juan C. Villada (City University of Hong Kong). Juan Villada’s group is using KBase to study bacterial metabolism and interspecies metabolic interactions. Mikaela Cashman’s group runs high-throughput experiments using KBase’s suite of modeling tools, and they are using KBase’s SDK to integrate some of their tools into KBase so that other researchers will be able to use them as well.
