Allows users to extract a set of genomes (GenomeSet data object) from a SpecieTree.
This App enables users to create a GenomeSet from a user-generated SpeciesTree object. A tree can be generated with Insert Genome into Species Tree or Insert Set of Genomes into Species Tree. The Genomes from the tree are copied to the current Narrative and then the GenomeSet is created.
You must supply a name for the GenomeSet output object. After the App is run, you can select specific Genomes to add to or remove from the GenomeSet. The Genomes can be deleted from the output set by clicking the trashcan icon. Additional Genomes can be added by pressing the "Add" button at the bottom of the table and adding Genomes from the Narrative.
The GenomeSet object is saved when the "Save" button is clicked. The resulting GenomeSet object can then be used as input to other Apps such as Compute Pangenome and Annotate Domains in a Genome Set.
