Allows user to create a ReadsSet without specifying names
This App allows the user to group individual Reads Library objects into an Reads Set.
Description
Batch Create Reads Set allows a user to create a Set of Reads Libraries which can be used in subsequent Apps that operate on Reads Sets. Each Reads Library object must already be within the Narrative's data workspace, so if there are Reads Libraries from other Narratives that the user wishes to include, they must first be imported into the active Narrative. All Reads Libraries that match the Name Pattern will be included in the Set. If the Name Pattern is left blank, all Reads Library objects in the current Narrative will be included.Note: Reads Sets must contain either Paired-End or Single-End reads libraries, but not both. Therefore, please choose name patterns that only add one or the other to the output Reads Set. If you have both Single-End and Paired-End libraries that match the pattern, only the Paired-End libraries will be included in the output Reads Set. Similarly, if you have both within your Narrative, and you leave the Name Pattern blank, only the Paired-End reads libraries will be included.
